Eastman owns a window-film factory in China
LLumar's parent bought Ai-Red Technology of Dalian, a paint-protection and window-film maker, in 2023.

Eastman, which owns LLumar, SunTek and FormulaOne, announced on February 1, 2023 that it had acquired Ai-Red Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd., which it describes as "a manufacturer and supplier of paint protection and window film for auto and architectural markets in the Asia Pacific region." Eastman's annual report puts the price at about $75 million.
It's an older deal, logged here because it belongs on the ownership chart: Eastman's film business includes a Chinese factory as well as its US plants. Eastman doesn't say which brands or products come from Dalian.
